In Frontcourt: Lead has end line, C and T have one sideline each. Other oficials adjust so two oficials are on ball side. (Note, college mechanics have L take throw ins below free-throw line extended). No officials cross court.
In Backcourt: Old L / New T has all throw ins, so may cross court. Other officials adjust so there are two on ball side.
