Lemme make sure I got this correct:

A scores a TD by virtue of a completed pass into the EZ. During the play, B is flagged for holding.

Ok, in Canada, if A accepts the hold, a 10 yard foul will be applied from the PLS, half the distance and first down; if A declines the hold, A scores a touchdown.

We do not carry over the yardage to the convert or kick-off.
