Difference between a foul and a penalty
There is a difference between a foul and a penalty.
If B fouls during the TD play, then A may accept the results of the play or accept the penalty distance, accessed on the suceeding spot - the TRY.
If B fouls during the Try play, then A may accept the results of the play or accept the penalty distance, accessed on the suceeding spot - the Free Kick spot.
