just need to get a clarification on when this penalty should be marked off. (A) has the ball on offense on the 3 yard line of (B) the defense, the pass is in the end zone and (A) scores doing the pass play, (B) was given a penalty for holding, my question when is this penalty marked off on the untimed down or the kick off?
