Start with a new brain or at least new glasses for the umpire.
Then, as the rule book does not provide an Effect, use Rule 10 (ASA):
A) reset to TOP, revise lineup and continue
B) revise lineup and continue
C) revise lineup and continue
possibly eject manager in all of the above
possibly forfeit if championship play
