At the men's Combine, InfoSport's Director of Men's Basketball Officials, Tom Palmgren, the USBL Supervisor of Officials and IBL Crew Chief, will assemble a professional officiating and evaluation staff who will work with the officials in classroom settings. The officials will then have the opportunity to display their talents during the players' combine.
The evaluation staff will review the videos with the officials providing prompt feedback allowing them to hone their skills.
Officiating supervisors from college conferences and pro leagues have expressed an interest in attending the event and evaluating officials. Those leagues and conferences that do not attend will receive a report on every referee at the combine. That same report will be given to each of the participants to assist them in their pursuit of moving their officiating career to the next level.
