I had the RK surgery 11 years ago. That's before laser when they used blades. Went from about 20/300 + to 20/20.
A friend / coach I know had laser a few months ago. Loves it - no problems.
I believe they do two eyes at the same time with the laser, but when I had the RK surgery done it was one at a time...about a week apart. Just in case there was a complication.
