REPLY: I concur with BktBallRef's rulings above. And as far as the differences between Canadian and American football rules...I watched a llittle bit of a CFL game Friday night. Watching the offensive movements just before the snap, I thought that maybe someone had sounded a fire alarm in the stadium.
