Beyond the first two innings, you'll be hard pressed to maintain a clean front line on the box.
Just remember the entire plate is in fair territory and the lines go to the back edge of the plate, so the balls you described on or infront of it are fair.
The guy who hits it off himself, is an immediate dead ball - foul if he is in the box and out if he is running it out when it hits him.
