From the 2004 Dixie Girls Tournament Rules:
(B) Only players who have played in a minimum of nine (9) of their local league games shall be eligible for tournament competition, with the exception that the state director shall be empowered to rule a player eligible, for good reason, even though the player has not played in the nine (9) games.............
