Ya, on a spoted inbound you will see some official call traveling and do the travel mechanics when there is no such thing. What you have is just a violation, so just blow ur whistle and say inbound violation and point to the opposite direction afterward at least thats how I was told to do it.
Unless there's a mechanic on it that I don't know about.
Unless you guys have an better way for this call let me know.
