Is the website for registration to the one at Kent State. He doesn't have a website for the one at Rio. You can contact his office. As for the camp, its a training camp that we make you a better official. Joe does assign for 3 college (AMC, Jr. College and community college) leagues. I've been for several years and it's a great weekend. There normally is someone from the NBA at the camp but it's not really an NBA camp. He teaches HS and college mechanics with some NBA philosphy, especially on call slectivity.
