Might as well admit that you screwed up. Forget the 'inadvertant whistle"- that's lying, and both coaches will know that it's lying. Get BOTH coaches together, tell them that you made a wrong call and you're fixing it,then give team A the ball OOB for a new throw-in (and new 10-second count if the throw-in goes into the backcourt.
