-Work on my 'partnership' skills, i.e., become more polished at making adjustments among a crew to create cohesiveness and consistency.
-Advance my career by gaining employment in a Division I conference, or at the least building the foundations that may lead to this in the future.
-Polish my communication skills with coaches and players, especially working on always remaining calm and cool, not antagonistic.
-Gain more games and more important games in the conferences that I do work in, continue to gain the confidence of my supervisors.
-Have as much fun this season as I did last.
Oh, and one more...
-Continue to mentor and bring in new officials.
