I would think that the VP of the division and the President of the League would be on the protest committee. If they allowed you to roster the 6 15 year olds for play this year, I can not see them having you forfeit. This assumes you had full disclosure of your roster prior to the beginning of the season.
IMHO, the only course that the protesting team would have would be to go up the ladder to the Babe Ruth District types and turn in your league for the violation. They'd have First Place with no league to play in.
