I don't know who gets the channel NBA TV out there, but if you do, they have a segment where they interview the NBA Officials Supervisor, Ronnie Nunn. Very enlightening. They are reviewing plays from last weeks' games and having Nunn explain the calls. He says the hardest call is goaltending, followed by out-of-bounds. He says charge- block is easier to call. Then he reviews the Sprewell flop and says he would have called it a flop, not an offensive foul on Bibby. I don't think he saw Bibby put his arm up against Sprewell, since he didn't mention it, but maybe he thought it was incidental contact. He also explains how the refs were chosen for the playoffs (all were selected for the first round except the least experienced one, then they were pared down by experience and ratings from the opening round). I think this is a rerun from Thursday night. If you get the channel, check it out. I think it's on for free during the playoffs.
