Biglaz, I agree with all but #1. You have a penalty during a loose-ball play, which means you will penalize from the previous spot--15 yard penalty for illegal batting takes you to the B15 1st and 10 for A, clock on snap. If for some strange reason the penalty was declined, your touchback answer would be correct.
