I believe that if you are
resuming a game then you are stuck with the original batting order. Of course a coach can bring in any valid substitute including those that weren't present at the original game.
If you are replaying a game from the beginning, you get a new batting order.
I can't imagine anything different just because it is little girls and Dixie league. I'm with Dakota... Find out who the parent/coach is that is protesting and either shoot or ban him. Protest???? Unbelievable!
