No warning is required for not occupying the lower two spaces. It's an "immediate" T (by rule, not necessarily by good game management). 10.1.5C

The delay warnings are only for 1) interfering with the ball after a made basket, 2) reaching through the plane on a throw-in, 3) huddling in the lane and delaying a free throw.
