What book are you referring to and what exactly are you looking for?
Many fans of the game refer to the snapper as the "center." The line to gain rod is commonly referred to as the "first down marker." I don't believe either term is in the NFHS rule book.
Are those examples of what you're looking for? If not, why don't you give us a couple examples?
