...further to 'wriggling on the ground' unless they roll there body over (from front to back an visa-versa) - it is not a travel, I have been told this a few times at a number of tournaments both state and national. The consensus,
, it seems has changed over the past few years, allowing for more leniency. hehe I just wanted to use another word that is often misspelt!
