I imagine Mark steps into Michigan to see some real hoops every now and then.
Michigan has a reciprocity agreement with Iowa, Ohio, Minnesota and Wisconsin. All you have to do in any of the five states is to write to the state of interest and request affiliation and pay any necessary fees, of course.
I wonder why Indiana and Illinois are not included in that process. Both are closer to Michigan than Iowa or Minnesota.
I think Wisconsin and Illinois have a similar affiliation.
