Hey

It's a raining no good for nothing day here in Texas and I am reading the new 2001 ASA rule book and found this 10-1L which I believe may be the best answer to this situation it states--The umpire will not penalize a team for any infraction of a rule when imposing the penalty would be an advantage to the offending team.

I believe this would take care of most of these situation what you think guys??

THANKS

Don
