My CPA says:
gym membership is deductible.
So is:
equipment for the gym (shoes, sweats, shirts,etc)
computer
internet fees
cable tv fee
newspaper/mag subscriptions
dr. visit co-pays
...anything related to, or adding value to your vocation.
