Tell Coach A "enough" and give me the STOP sign. He has been warned. If he continues, then he has earned the T.
With the Timeout situation, I would instruct both coachs to go to their huddles. Go to table and see if the AD for either team is available. Get them involved.
Before play starts spend a few seconds with each coach seperately and ask them to regain control. (I know you should talk to both at the same time, but in this case that would be a bad idea). Get play started. Hopefully coachs will take the hint and coach.
If things continue, then T may be required. In this case, I would be very careful. If one coach continues, get him. If both go at it, get them both and set them down.
Remember, we have to remain in control at all times. (We start with ourselves.)
