That depnds on where the batter is when the ball hits her.
  1. If the batter swings at a pitch that hits her on the hands, you have a dead ball and a strike and if it's the 3rd strike, the batter is out.
  2. if he batter hit a ball striaght sown and it bounces back up and hits the batter while she is still standing in the batter's box , then all you hve is a foul ball unless she was bunting on the 3rd strike in which case she is out
  3. if the batter hits a ball that hits her while she is in fair territory and out of the batter's box then you have interference on the batter, she's out and runner's return to the last base touched at the time the ball hit the batter.
