Had my first HS game of the season today. I'm in the field. First batter walked on 4 pitches. He was picked off before the 5th. What a way to start the season.
We played 7 full and neither of us had a coach say a word to us the entire game.
I also had a DP and a banger to end the game. Was actually a pretty busy day for me in the field.
Todays game looks like it will be cancelled due to weather (rain). Wouldn't be varsity season unless we lost the first 2 weeks to weather..
