In middle school ball you have leeway to fix this just about any way you choose. I would definitely count the basket shot on the wrong end. (He did this on his own.) But now your partner has added to the confusion by handing the ball to the wrong team. (Why was he touching the ball after a made basket?) I would stop play here, wave off the last basket by A, get everybody straightened out on direction, give the ball to B and proceed.
