All right all right, it’s coming, it‘s coming . My alarm didn't go off for some reason and I over-slept and my dog eat it while I was changing my flat tire and I have to start over. : D

Actually what happened was I almost had it done yesterday when the electricity went off. I lost everything I had up on my computer. I useally wait until after I’ve sent the answers to Uncle Ernie before posting it here but I’ll let you guys have a crack at it first this time. And don't forget the CLOCK!
Trying this without my rulebook (like I was on the field having to actually make the ruling). Thanks for posting these and keeping our minds on the game. I am posting using NF rules.

1. A 1/G B5. Quarterback A12 throws a pass into the endzone. While in the endzone near the end line, B56 jumps and catches the ball while in the air. A88 grabs B56 and prevents him from coming down inbounds. A88 and B56 both first land out of bounds and A88 retains possession.

I'm going to need to review my rulebook, but I believe the rules about being forced out apply equally to team A and B so this is a judgment call. If the covering official felt B56 would have come down inbounds, it is an interception and touchback. B's ball 1/10 @ B-20. If not, it is 2/G at B-5 for team A. Either case, clock starts on snap because B was awarded a new series OR the pass was incomplete.

2. A 4/6 A40. At the snap, B79 grabs A56 at the line of scrimmage and pulls him to the A42. This allows B74 to shoot the gap in an attempt to block the punt. The punt rolls to the B15 where B88 picks up the ball and runs to the B45, fumbles and A14 recovers.

B79 has committed defensive holding and it doesn't meet the criteria for PSK because it occured within the Expanded Neutral Zone. BJ should bag the end of the punt (B-15). Results of the play: A's ball at the spot of recovery. A has two options. 1) Take the results of the play (don't know what that is because we don't know where it was recovered). 2) Enforce the penalty from the previous spot (loose-ball play) and have 1/10 for A from the 50 yard-line.

3. A 2/G B3. A14 is downed on the B2 and then B67 piles on. A14 retaliates by slugging B67. The fouls have been reported and the ball is being taken to the B2 when A78 commits an unsportsmanlike foul.

None of these fouls occured during a live ball so the down will count. Penalize all fouls in the order in which they occured. Penalize B67's foul half the distance. 3/G at B-1 yard-line. Penalize A14's foul back to the B-16 yard-line (Personal Foul, not UC) and DQ A14 for fighting. Penalize A78's foul back to the B-31 yard line. If it is A78's 2nd UC foul, he too is disqualified--otherwise, we just administer the penalty (and record it). This makes the down and distance 3/G from the B-31 yard-line. If A14 was downed inbounds, start clock on RFP.

4. A K/O A35. A4's airborne free kick is controlled by B76 while straddling the sideline on the A43. The ball is actually over the field of play on the A42 when B76 first touches the ball. A88 hits B23 late.

B76 has caused the ball to go out of bounds so there is no foul. It will be B's ball 1/10 at the A-42. We then adminster the penalize A88's foul. B's ball 1/10 at the B-48 yard-line. Clock starts on the snap.

5. A 4/22 A3. A punts. B89 gives a valid fair catch signal, muffs the ball on the A39 but catches the ball on the A38. B89 is immediately tackled by A87. During the kick, B44 incidentally grasped A84's face mask face on the A32.

B89 is only protected until he touches the ball. When he muffed the kick, he was no longer protected by his signal. Sounds like A87 was simply trying to reach a ball he was legally able to possess. B44 has committed a PSK foul. B will keep the ball, but their penalty will be enforced from the end of the kick (A-38). It will be B's ball 1/10 at A-48. Clock starts on snap because B was awarded a new series following a legal kick.

6. A 3/9 B22. The score is A24-B28. Tailback A34 runs off tackle for a touchdown. During the down, A77 blocks defensive end B96 on the B22 and slot back A42 simultaneously blocks the defender at the knees. A flag is thrown. Time expires in the fourth quarter during the down. The Team A coach requests and is granted a head coach's conference.

Grant Team A's request for a conference. Found out from flagging official if blocks were simultaneous. Pick up the flag and wave it off because a simultaneous high/low block is legal (i.e NOT a chop block). Team A has just won the game and the try is not attempted (unless needed for playoff qualifying). Get off the field as a crew with your escort and then rip the flagging official a new one for not seeing the entire play or for not knowing simultaneous blocks are legal (once safely in the locker room).

7. A 2/8 A45. A66 incidentally grasps the facemask of the rushing B77. A15's legal forward pass is intercepted by B44 and returned for a touchdown.

B will decline the penalty and take the results of the play. Touchdown for B. If B took the penalty, it would be administered from the basic spot and A would keep the ball and the clock would start on the snap (because B scored a touchdown).

Alright, how'd I do without my rulebook?
