Mike, this is my take on your answers:
(1)Incomplete pass, A was in possession when the players came down out of bounds. B couldn't be awarded a touchback and A couldn't be awarded a touchdown because A was responsible for the action which caused them to land out of bounds.
(3) 3rd and goal from the B31 yard line. Picky, I know, but the play ended on the two yard line, half the distance tkes the ball to the one yard line and the two 15 yard penalties leave the ball on the B31.
(4) Receivers ball 1st and 10 on kickers 27 yard line. Ball was dead at the 42 yard line when OB receiver touched it. Penalty against kickers takes the ball to their 27 yard line.
(5) You would have a dead ball foul against the kickers because the ball became dead as soon as the receiver completed the catch. The kicker could not legally possess a kick once the receiver has it in his possession. The play is over at this point because a fair catch signal was given.
