Are you asking what is the signal?
If so, it is crossed arms over the head...signal #14 in the OFFICIAL NFHS BASKETBALL SIGNALS section of the rule book.

Are you asking who administers the Free Throw?
A normal switch on the foul with the lanes cleared and Lead administering FT...take the ball OOB at the nearest spot of the foul after the FTs.

Are you asking who counts the 10 seconds on the FT?
The Trail Official who normally counts.

Are you asking who is looking for violations?
Same as any FT...looking for the shooter stepping over the FT line, etc.

Only thing is...the officials should be aware of all the players that are not on the FT line. There could be a potential problem with the players milling around behind the FT shooter.

Having said all that...some officials shoot the intentional FT the same as a Technical FT...with the Lead administering it and the Trail standing near the division line, watching/discussing with the "off players".
