Anyone on the board call NFSA tournaments. It is somewhat
different. They play inning format and not timed play. I
have done two now, and usually the inning is four, game can
end in a tie. Most were under an hour. The pay was in
par with other associations. $22.00 per game...Champion-
ship game 3-man $25.00 per man. Championship game has the
same format as the other games. Points are earned towards
qualifying for the Nationals. The Houston park I call out
of has four tournaments and the Texas State
tournament. I know that Ms., Pa., La., Tx., Fl., Wa., Al.,
Ok., and Tn. all have this program. I believe the National
tournament will be in Gulfport, Ms.
BTW, tournaments are a minimum of six game guarantee.
