I saw both these in an NCAA DIII game. I believed BOTH to be violations but neither was called.

1) A1 has the ball in the front court. He passes to A2 who was standing with one foot in the back court and one foot one the back court line. A2 jumps and catches the ball in the air, landing with both feet in the front court. Isn't A2 considered a back court player until he actually lands in the front court?

2) A1 dribbles the ball just over the back-court line. He stops with his pivot foot heel on the line. He fakes a pass and in doing so, lifts his heel off the back court line, then puts it back down on the line. Hasn't he become a front-court player when he lifts his heel thereby placing both feet in the front court?
