Somebody will correct me if I'm wrong, but simply having blood on the uniform (soiled) is not reason to remove the player or to change the jersey. The clothing only needs to be replaced if it is
saturated with blood, meaning that the blood is able to be transferrd from the jersey to another person or piece of clothing.
