Ok. I think I remember something about this from a long time ago. Does anyone know the rationale behind Kick Catch Interference NOT being part of PSK? What part of PSK does it not fit. I can not come up with a part that it does not fit.
I feel that to keep the rules "on the same page" as it were, it should be. Or is there too much of penality? Awarded fair catch + the 15? Maybe they need to then change it Award FC + 5 or 10 yds for KCI.
Please, as I know this wonderful board will do, tell me if I am incorrect about a certian part or in my thinking.
