If you are interested in NCAA ruling, I must apologize. I left out an important part for question #8
8. A Try B3. A scores on the last timed down of the game to make the score A6B6. After a muffed snap on a kick try, A23 tries to run it in. He is hit at the B2 and fumbles. B44 recovers fumble, advances to the 50 and fumbles. A22 recovers the ball at the 50 and advances. Just prior to crossing the goal line A22 taunts an opponent.
Granted this poses an non issue in Fed, since the ball becomes dead. However, there is a little bit of a debate regarding the NCAA enforcement.
