Hi,

Thanks for the feedback from my last post. I thought it would be interesting to hear what you feel your biggest weakness as an official is. I figure since we are all humans coaches, players and officials, that we all make mistakes. Well, some fans don't think that either us coaches or you officials are humans but that is a different story As an observer during a game as the coach it seems to me a lot of officials anticipate a play happening and then blow the whistle before the infraction they believe is going to occur happens. Do you have a habit of doing that believing an infraction is going to occur and then calling it no matter what? Look forward to your feedback? And if I'm not clear in my question please let me know and I will explain myself further.
