Take it from me, switching from the stripes to the greys is a big mistake. With more and more companies manufacturing the grey shirts you will see differences in colour. It looks awful if every member of a 3-man crew has a different colour shirt. Stick with the stipes. Here in Hamilton, we should switch to stripes within the next 2 years, I hope.
