I have 13 football officials and only 2 of us have more than 10 years experience. 7 of the 13 are rookies. Sounds like you are looking for a video showing clips of position mechanics. I spent some time looking and came up empty. There are a few discussion type video's available. Penalty Enforcement with Rogers Redding is one. Rule book, Case book, Interpetation meetings & game experience are how you get there. Try making your own tape. Next year I am having a friend video every game I work. I am hoping to share the tapes on line.
