There is certainly an adjustment to be made. Boys - Girls / C Teams to Varsity.
As the teams and players develop skills there is a great deal of "variation".
I try to focus on advantage/disadvantage. I feel that is the fundemental of the rule book. Does a players actions give them an advantage on the play. But that is to the level they can play at.
