Nope. This is question #21 from the Louisiana High School Athletic Association 2003 Supervised Basketball Officials'
Examination Part II Even Test. (I don't know what Part II means. Even means that there are two different tests, even and odd, with the same questions in different order, so you can't cheat off the guy next to you. Do they have that other places?) I think maybe they were so worn out when they finished naming the test that it made them kinda screwy on some of the questions.
