9-7-2 in the case book.
"...However, there is no three-second count during rebounding action or during a throw-in or interrrupted dribble."
Looks like NFHS changed Rule 9-7 for the 02-03 season. The press release on their web site reads:
" Rule 9-7 was changed to delete the requirement for the three-second count to be terminated during an interrupted dribble. Since team control is still in effect the count should continue. The rule was inconsistent with the rule concerning a loose ball."
So I think there is a violation.
