If that's what they're after, Bob, then it's a rotten question. The ball can sit on the C side for 3 minutes, but if the Lead's asleep, you're not rotating. The ball should spur the Lead to move, but the Lead initiates the rotation.

I hope it's just a typoo, and they really meant "Yes".
