NFHS The score is tie at 60-60 at the end of regulation play. Teams 'A' and 'B' have one full time out each remaining. Prior to the beginning of the overtime, team 'A' asks for a full time out. Team 'B' then asks for a full time out. RULINGĀ* Grant A's but not B's as successive timeouts are not permitted at this point in the game.
Can someone explain why?
