Can someone please tell which state, Indiana or Illinois, is not using the thirty second rule for substitutions for disqualification? Last year, Illinois used an experimental NFHS rule that basically said that if coaches had to substitute for disqualified players, they had to make that substitution immediately, and did not get 30 seconds to do so. Mark was wondering if the "immediate - no 30 seconds to substitute" rule also applied to players that were directed by an official to leave the game because of injury or wearing jewelry. Mark's question remained unanswered because some nameless miscreant got the thread off-track...
