I posted this on another discussion board, and thought it was wortj posting here also...Girl's varsity game...home coach is T'd in 2nd quarter, and then again in the third - leading to ejection...early in 4th quarter, the shot clock operator (we have 30 second shot clock for girl's games) has been yelling at and makin comments to the officials...R goes to home AD and asks AD to escort shot-clock operator out of gym...AD refuses! R asks again, and AD refuses again! R and U go to both coaches and explain the situation, and home ass't. coach goes to AD and asks him to remove shot clock operator...AD refuses again. Both officials leave court and declare game a forfeit, directing the scorer to use the score on the board as final score of game...visiting team was ahead by 20 points or so...what a weird situation, and a stupid AD!!
