Don't know where you live, but most larger towns should have a good sports clinic, go get it looked at! Even if it is just a sprain right now, you might blow it out later and that is a year minimum to come back from.
Did this happen during a game? If so, you might have the lost game wage insurance through your state assoc or the NFOA.
I lost 1/2 a season a few years ago when my appendix went south, it sucks making all those calls to the AD's.
