I personally do not like the grey shirt, we've been wearing up hear for years, and we're trying to get the stipes put in as our uniform. Its difficult to tell if stiped shirts were made by different manufacturers, but with the grey shirt, it comes in different shades, and with a 2 or 3-man crew, if each person is wearing a different colour, it looks awful.
