This depends on where on the court that this happens.

Pretty much anywhere outside A's three-point line, then:

If A1 still has the ball, with no question of lossing possession, then I have a no-call. Otherwise, I call a pushing foul on B.

If inside A's three-point line, then it's a B push.

No of course, many things come into effect. If it's in the key, and there's just the two people there, and the push is clearly before a try, and B continues OOB after loosing his balance, then I let A have the uncontested 2-footer. And score and time come into effect as well. (You could even use this to "even out" the fouls if they're 8-to-1.)
