100% It's especially egregious when many officials in the lower 48 states are a
16 hour round trip drive from the nearest clinic location. Do those officials in Hawaii and Alaska travel to PAVO rules clinics?
I have every intention of speaking with those in charge about this. I may not be successful, but it won't stop me from trying.
